Some context: the wannabe-gangster guy was parked in the 3rd lane in front of a mall (apparently waiting for his mother to come out). You might not noticed it at once, but apart from the baseball bat he also pulled a knife on us.
The second big guy was actually his brother, who came to talk some sense into Arkasha (that's what the wannabe's name was.) But only his mother was able to sort this guy out and make him move his car. Guess he was a mama's boy, after all.

its not because they drink, or because they are lazy, the sad truth is that its because in russia they are told not to do so, up top in the higher ranks of government, they take bribes ranging up to 2 billion dollars, and if they can, why cant the cops do so aswell? My mom once lost 10,000 dollars in the bank when it closed down. None gave her a single penny in compensation. My mom new a woman that sold her house to buy 2 small ones, and put the money into the bank, and she lost all of it. She now has nothing, all her life she worked for that house and now she has nothing. Its very sad, and i have been a victim of this myself many many times. That is the sad truth behind this fairly comedic series of videos, if only bad traffic police were russia's biggest problem. Its sad to see a country with such a great culture and so many talented people do so horribly in terms of government. P.S. I love these guys videos, if i was of age i would probably track them down and help them clean up the streets :)

You're also normally allowed to carry a knife on you as long as the blade doesn't exceed what is it like 6 inches long? With guns as long as you have a registered license you can have a rifle or even a shotgun in your car as long as its in a case and if you state you do have a firearm in your car you should be fine.

Why so negative? Because this project generate negative energy. Solve the problem rather constantly try to swim against the river flow. Ask the local authorities to make the sidewalks separated,to have better parking slots. Placing stickers is useless. Its like trying to swim through ocean with tea spoon. The sidewalks are big enough for vehicles because they are supposed to be used by emergency vehicles if necessary. Many countries do this, but Russia is too cheap or too lazy to install bollards in the sidewalks (posts that are raised, and can be triggered by emergency vehicles to lower)

Linkxsc They shouldn be used by any vehicles. In my country emergency vehicles use regular roads. Side walk is sidewalk. Not multipurpose road. Also sidewalk looks very diferent from the road,its physicaly separated by the road,the surface is concrete/stone tiles instead ashphalt and there is poles anchored in the ground to prevent vehicles to park over. Still there are people which park over the sidewalks/bicyle alleys but at least driving over sidewalks is physicaly imposible. So instead blaim a road to be a sidewalk they should turn it into real sidewalk. Emergency vehicles will use regular road. Simpe as that. Plant trees over the sidewalks,anchor poles,put tiles/stones rather asphalt. It realy dont make sense to use road as sidewalk or sidewalk as a road.

Dimitar Dimitrov The idea is that if there's a traffic jam and emergency vehicles can't use the normal roads, they can use the footpaths. Remember if people are this bitchy about being forced to "not drive on the sidewalk". What makes you think that they'll cordially pull over when an emergency vehicle has to go past on the main road?

Linkxsc They will pull over on the main road if has to go past past them on the main road. In my country is that way. Here in Plovdiv was accepted severe penalties for anyone that park over sidewalks. Also on key roads are placed automated cameras. If you commit road violation - your penalty ticket arrives. Yes there are bitchy people everywhere. Here is not exception. In fact here are probably 4 times bitchiers than these videos. But sidewalks are sidewalks. Emergency cars use the main road and in case of emergency drivers pull over to go pass them. Also many bicycle alleys was made in last years. Trees have been planted on the sidewalks. Russia is obsolette country which refuse any improvements. Some kind of monopoly and dictatorship. After fall of USSR Russia dont manufacture anything. Did you ever heard of russian tablets,smartphones,electric cars etc. Basicly Russia rely on nuclear power plants - RosAtom and natural gas export. Both are obsolette tech. So if Putin want progress,to compete succesfully vs western proven brands and actualy to outperform them then i can give him the solution. I got the designs and strategies. But he dont want that, he want to keep people in the dark and pretend that is nice while everything in his country is rediclously primitive vs the rest of the world.
