You can rewatch this Killing Voice again and again and pick up on subtle things every time that will make you appreciate it even more. They're playful yet always on time every time. The reasons that I love MAMAMOO so much is their amazing music, stage presence, live vocal, and playfulness on stages. There are always so much going on in their performances like how they blend their unique voices so well to distribute lines and harmonization, adding different layers and depths, and how they interact with each others like playing on stages and doing ad-libs. Their songs are so good with a huge and diverse discography, and their performances are so lively and dynamics. I literally fell in love with them just by watching dozens of live performances before I decided to dive deeper to learn more about who they are.

For me they're the best girl group in terms of vocal and performance. Well, of course other group has one/two member with better vocal ability, but groupaly mamamoo really complement each other and they're so smart with the ad-libs and melodies. And performance wise, you'll know if you watch their live performances, 1. they almost never lip syincing (only 2 times because of some troubles with the event equipment) 2. They know how to hype the crowd not just simply singing and dancing (you can watch their concert especially the 4seasons 4colors concert it's more than 4 hours long and the girls are so wild there they also had their own solo stages) Oh, and they also highly involved in their arts such as in writing the lyrics, composing, MV concept, etc. And moonbyul mostly wrote her own rap parts and currently she's the most credited female idol based on KOMCA.

They won 3-4 times and had 12+ appearances. those performances were top tier live band vocals performances. it really showed how amazing they are.... the immortal song medley is from mamamoo concert so that one is safe to react to. It is top two requested must reactt o next to killing voice on dingo one.

I recommend Mamamoo's presentations on Queendom, especially I Miss You ver. Queendom, that song was the song that makes me get into kpop and Mamamoo. The first song that I listened to from them was Waggy in one presentation that they have different costumes (hamburger, french fries, soda) and that song is so funny expecially if you have pets.

You are missing out, mamamoo is at the top with the best of the best vocalists in the world. Dingo is live by the way and in this time they have released probably 150 more songs, all have multiple Solo albumns, subgroup now of mamamoo+(moonbyul(rapper) and Solar) and Wheein just dropped a new album last week. They also did a world tour, I saw them live in LA in June. they have over 400 videos and with the mamamoo album, subgroups, Solo songs and albums, collabs, covers and OSTs, they release 25+ songs a year. They all have youtube channels, Solar especially she has a lot of content, like her michael jackson man in the mirror, franki valli cant take my eyes off you, she does acapellas like imagine dragons, lady gaga and the last song AYA, do see the MV and the aggrabah version MV of AYA, Solar does a solo cover of Aya acapella. Excellent vocals in the song paint me, a pikachu song with unreal vocals, woo hoo, Save Me, where are we now and really every song is great. From Dingo most check out their Immortal Songs Medley, Immortal Songs Delilah and then their Queendom performances. ALso recommend the hwasa show episode 8, Mamamoo does a Hit Songs live collection which has paint me at the end, 1llella at the start and a medley of songs and solos in between.

Welcome to the wild, wacky, wonderful world of Mamamoo. Though they're universally acknowledged as the vocal gold standard among kpop girl groups they often fall under the global radar, partly due to being under a fairly small label that does a piss poor job of promoting Mamamoo internationally. In Korea they're so respected by people of all ages that everyone refers to them with the slang word BeLisMaMoo, short for Believe and Listen to Mamamoo. As befitting their status as kpop's vocal queens Mamamoo was the first group to be invited on Killing Voice, which had previously only featured solo artists up til then. Here are answers and more info about some of your comments: Moonbyul is the name of the rapper on the far left. Wheein is 2nd from the right. You probably noticed that the members called her Moonstar, which is one of her nicknames because byul means star. Moonbyul's fairly deep voice and melodic rap style make her unique among gg rappers and her versatility allows her to rap over any beat or style of music, which is crucial in a group that has an extremely diverse discography that includes everything from hip hop, jazz, r&b and latin pop to bossa nova, reggaeton, ballads, pop dance tracks and much more. She's considered to be one of the top gg rappers and since she writes almost all of her own rap verses she has become the most highly credited lyricist among female idols with over 100 songwriting credits to her name. She's also an excellent singer and last year she won a landslide victory on a competition tv show called The Second World to determine the best singer among 8 very talented girl group rappers. Hwasa and Loco's massive hit Don't was actually a three-way collab with songwriter/producer Woogie. They did the collab for a tv show called Hyena on the Keyboard. There's no MV for Don't but the Above Live video is a must see. The real life sparks between Hwasa and Loco made Don't one of the sexiest collabs of 2018 or any other year for that matter. Hwasa does have a sultry, smokey, raspy voice that's perfect for jazz and r&b. She sounded a bit more nasal than usual in the Killing Voice vid because she had a cold that day. Hwasa is Mamamoo's youngest member and is sometimes called The Fatal Maknae because she makes everything she sings sound sexy, even children's songs. lol Solar is my hero too. She's Mamamoo's leader and eldest member. She's known for her powerful voice and for being the #1 crackhead in a group that's so goofy they're often called Beagle-dols because they act like a litter of beagle puppies on a sugar high. One of the things I love about MMM is that they're serious artists who don't take themselves too seriously. When I first encountered them 7 years ago I thought Solar was an airhead with pipes but she soon won my heart by being the member who made me cry when they do ballads, much to my surprise. Her heart seems to be hot-wired to her voice and she can kill me with the bend of a note. Moomoos (Mamamoo fans) joke that Mamamoo uses hand mics when they perform because if they used headset mics you'd hear Solar singing everyone's lines throughout all their songs. lol I Miss You is one of Mamamoo's main vocal masterpieces and you should check out their performance on Queendom if you want to hear the full song. You didn't seem to mention or notice Wheein very much but she's the backbone of Mamamoo's vocal line and I think you'll appreciate her sweet, airy, smooth as honey singing in their live performance of I Miss You on Queendom. Aya was their latest single when the Killing Voice medley was filmed in 2020. It's a really interesting song with an equally interesting MV that uses a deceptively simple Arabian Nights concept to go along with the snake charmer flute melody. As usual with Mamamoo MVs there's a lot more going on than meets the eye on first view. As others have probably told you every member of Mamamoo has a successful solo career on the side and during the last couple of years they've devoted as much time to their solo work as their group projects. Mamamoo was the first group to have all members chart on Billboard as solo artists while the group was still active as a unit, which makes sense since they're an all-star team of world class singers, creative artists and best friends who have always been involved in all creative aspects of their career including songwriting, vocal arrangements, choreography, styling and MV concepts. Their solo work gives them the opportunity to explore & express their own individual tastes and experiment with different styles and colors of music. In the first half of this year Mamamoo was on a world tour that included Asia, the Pacific Islands and the United States and since then the members have been involved with solo and subunit activities. As you mentioned, Hwasa released a single called I Love My Body and Wheein followed with a full length solo album featuring the title track In the Mood. In 2022 Solar & Moonbyul formed an official subunit as a duo called Mamamoo+ and they're currently on an Asian tour promoting their recent album Two Rabbits. I always thought K-pop catered to the younger generation. However, being stuck at home, when the pandemic started, I decided to give it a try. First group I checked out was EXO (it was recommended in a Dimash MV) I completely fell in love with them and their vocals. Mamamoo was always recommended after I watched EXO so I checked them out. I know there are other good groups, but, almost 4 years later and these 2 groups are still number 1, and the best, for me. The other 3 groups I like are KARD, The Rose, and Stray Kids. Looking forward to more Mamamoo (and Exo reactions) in the near future. One performance you should check out is their Immortal Songs Medley. Which is composed pf various songs they performed in a show called Immortal Songs where artist take legendary songs and give it their unique twist. The Tom Jones Delilah song they performed is my favorite out of all the songs they did. I love their more mature vibe, however, as seen in the Killing Voice performance, they are not afraid to be silly. Cannot wait for you to check out more Mamamoo content.

About Solar mouthing almost every song is really intriguing. She really can be a one band woman to execute MAMAMOO's songs which are mostly very difficult to sing. I will encourage you to react to any MAMAMOO live performance as they are so amazing LIVE and their discography is huge and full of bops but you can start with their "it's live" band live performances, Mr. Ambiguous, Where are we now, ILLELLA, Band live concert, Solar's Honey, Wheein's Water Color, and MoonByul's Lunatic. I would also recommend you to check out their first and only subunit MAMAMOO+ who have some nice new releases, GGBB, Chico Malo, and dangdang (title song of their 1st mini album Two Rabbits). Two Rabbits is a very coherent album containing 4 amazing songs, dangdang, I LIKE THIS, Starry Sea, and Save Me, and a very intriguing intro, which actually has a full version but only can be seen in fancams of recent MAMAMOO+ fan concert Two Rabbits Code. I highly recommend Save Me has a live acoustic performance (kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3WaeWOsgtmrqtE) and Chico Malo has a solo acoustic performance (kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXqbfqOfmtiGeMk).
