Wheein's comment about her writing about Trash/singing Trash was "Moomoos are perverts 😌" And OHOO is written by Wheein as a love song for her kitty Ggomo. And the portrait of Lord Ggomo was painted by a Moomoo as a gift to Wheein. :D

The performance version of Trash is 👩‍🍳💋 Hope you get to watch it at some point! Yes Ggomo is the best boy! 🐱 even if he is tsundere lol Even though she changes genres occasionally, all of Wheein's solo stuff has a distinct sound. It has a very dreamy-floaty quality, which I love.

Redd album still the album I like the most, although RBW suck at promoting but their music production still the best. Wheein is the best dancer in Mamamoo, wait till you check out her dance move. But anyway Mamamoo is the vocal queen, and they all can sing, dance, rap, perform and be funny at the same times. Just perfect, nothing much can be commented

There is an easy to miss peacock theme in the "water color" mv, with both the blue dress and pink skirt appearing to reference the peacock's tail, the way the scenes under the giant sheet can also be taken to reference a peacock tail (this one may be a stretch) and the fact peacocks actually appeared twice in the mv, once a live one and once in the animation at the end. In the live stages, her dancers also started in an arrangement behind her situated with their arms like a peacock tail fanned out behind her

Water color has references to the solos of the other three. Walking on the table like Hwasa in Twit, the purple cloves like Solars in Spit it out and the braids and cap like Moonbyul in Eclipse. There are more songs with ggomo in the videos even Mamamoo not just solo.

She released Redd a few months before her initial contract with RBW expired and a lot of moomoos interpret it as a declaration of independence. I dunno about that since the song's message is consistent with a lot of Mamamoo's group and solo songs but the English version does include the line "I don't want to be here" and she's been noticeably happier and more confident since signing with TheL1ve for her solo work. You didn't seem to notice the dancer with the Anime Titties sign on her chest in the early dance scenes. Imo we're meant to contrast the harmful and degrading use of one's imagination in that sort of anime with the animated section towards the end where she dives into the ocean of her imagination and encounters the full-spectrum radiance of the peacock. I see it as a song about feeling free to express herself in many different ways without being boxed in by a style or concept. Imo it's similar to Paint Me in that respect. Aww ... I thought you were going to watch the performance version of Trash where dancer Wheein struts her stuff. Wheein co-wrote the music for Trash, wrote the lyrics for Ohoo, and co-wrote the lyrics and music for Springtime. Wheein does the least amount of songwriting in Mamamoo. Wheein's cat is named Ggomo. It's adorable that she wrote a song about her cat that includes her wish that they fall in love since Ggomo's mission in life is to ignore Wheein. I get a distinct Burt Bacharach vibe in the arrangement when the horns come in. You need to hear the original version of Butterfly, which has lots more G Soul. The song is much more of a duet than the live version makes it seem. Unfortunately they never performed a live duet of Butterfly. I think it's the best song on the album.

I can’t wait til you get to her In the Mood album. If this one had amazing vibes, you’re not ready for In the Mood. It’s literally an album made for the vibes. It’s just so Wheein. And you should check you her performance video of Trash. The dance is so good! Just be ready, cause it’s a lot! 🥵🤣

You know...in one of my dreams, i live a simple life in a quiet town, close to a small city. And every saturday, Wheein performs in a small jazz club or a cabaret. And I go to see her every weekend, vibing to her music. That's what I see in my fantasy when I hear Springtime, or Ohoo, or Butterfly. She has such a healing voice. I would pay to see her sing live without thought. Easily.

Water color is my favorite Wheein solo, though on her new album I Know I Know I Know is possibly going to be my favorite. Also Water Color is the song Solar did in the My Con concert(Wheein did Honey). It is just a great song both the korean and english version. Trash is also good because well who wouldnt want wheein singing about dirty thoughts. Wheein did the lyrics for a couple songs and also has credits for music composition for a couple of songs. All of mamamoo writes songs but Wheein does not do as much as the other 3. Ohoo is about her cat ggomo, though in videos she claims the cat ignores her but like waggy is the point of view of dogs, she wrote this from the point of view of the cat. and of course all moomoos love songs written for us. Like everything mamamoo, every song is great.

I checked the masterlist and I'm so excited for the next!! I was thinking if you can also include the OSTs sang by each member aside from the OSTs sang by Mamamoo as a group. Their osts are really good!! P.S. WHEE track videos are shorter than the original audio. They removed some parts because it's just a visual/track vid😅

Watercolor is about Wheein's opening up with her desire, passion and freedom of what she wants to do. Plus it's about throwing shade at RBW and her plans to defectfrom the company, " I don't want to stay here. "

I haven't finished the video, but going from what you're saying in the intro, here's a heads-up: she has videos for each track of WHEE (the next album) but except for the title track, they aren't the full songs..... so I would recommend going with the eng lyrics videos in priority

I don't know who helped do the translation for Watercolor to the english ver, but I don't think it was done well at all. After reading the english translations, on the Korean ver, and then hearing the actual english version, it truly didn't work. Like when she sings "just pick anything" it makes no sense, when in the Korean version the translation she says, "I look good in everything". and there are so many more like that. It's a shame for her, because if it was done correctly, the song could have been a big hit.

OK, i checked the masterlist and seems lit for next video and I cannot think of something you are missing right now... Also with Solar and Wheein you have a loooooooooot of OSTs addons so I get a bit lost with my angels. On another note: How about collabs?
