My favourite of all Mamamoo's Immortal Song performance. Another trot song rearranged to something simply soulful and passionate, with the subtitles the song was just so beautiful. Well moonbyul isn't as talented as her her grp members but just check out ten nights or snow and you'll know that after hwasa, or even in the same level as her, she can beautifully portray emotions through her voice. This is also evident in the fact that you see how moonbyul's rap keep getting slower as they become an older group. Mr. Ambiguous had a much faster rap as compared to any that she has done in their recent songs. And no, this is not because of her lacking talent in fast rapping, but that she realized that she wanted to do a different kind of rap, focusing on the emotions more than the pace

I just want to give a shout out to their three back-up singers (I think it's the same girls for all their Immortal Song performances?) If I were them, I might feel a bit overlooked and overshadowed, but actually they're a big part of making those background harmonies and vocals sound so good, so props! It definitely makes a huge difference in quality to have a live band and human background vocalists rather than a back track...

My favorite moments of this performance... 0:22, 1:36 Moonbyul obviously doesn't really sing, but she was a trooper in being able to hang in there, and her rapping voice is always fantastic:) 2:05, 3:00, 4:13 Wheein didn't get the flashy stuff like Solar and Hwasa, but her soulful voice was what truly tied this performance together, and conveyed the song's meaning so beautifully. She was the best in the performance for me! 2:15, 3:33, 3:54 Hwasa's falsettos and growling low notes got a reaction out of me each time:D This girl DEFINITELY knows how to make an impression. 3:10, 3:47, 4:03: Solar's high notes hit the mark each freaking time. What a powerhouse! And her harmonizing with Wheein is PERFECTLY balanced, displaying very impressive control.

100% agree. I actually think this is the best performance in K-pop period. Others may be more iconic, more influential, but sheer performing talent wise, I have not seen any K-pop stage beat this imo.

@@mooblink4ever899 I'm a hardcore army & a mini exo-L, and I agree. It's true that in term of vocals some groups are better than them, like EXO, A.C.E, BTOB. So in vocals EXO are way better, but personally, in rapping, dancing, performing, and discography (the songs & messages), I prefer BTS to EXO, not saying EXO arent good, they're very good too but I just prefer BTS. Idk exactly but I think that's what attracts ARMY the most? BTS' messages & performance skills more than vocals? Idk...
