After 30 years of searching I finally found it :^) I remember seeing this game in a Pizza Hut arcadewhen I was about 6 years old. Never could remember the game, I though it was crazy climber, but crazy climber didn't have the 4d aspect or the water shooter, I have been raking my memory for the last 30 years trying to find it, thanks for posting ;^)

This was actually developed by Wood Place Inc. for Data East, along with King of Boxer (Ring King).

Epic Data East classic game! Some of the best cartoon graphics of the arcade era. Thanks for the gameplay, good stuff indeed!

I only ever played this on C64, and I loved it! I didn't even realize it was an arcade port. Upon finally finding it on MAME, I was disappointed to see that it used a dual joystick setup which is cumbersome to use. A single joystick with fire button would've been better. It's still cool seeing this online though!! 😀👍

I used to play this game in MAME years ago. Always though it did look like a 3-D Crazy Climber but still very cool.
