3M Headlight Restoration Kit ( Mercedes-Benz S500 )

A step by step video on how to correctly and successfully apply the 3M headlight restoration kit to your aging and fading headlight. In this video, I applied the kit to the passenger side bi-xenon headlight of my 2006 Mercedes-Benz W220 S500.

For light hazing you coul just use a little rubbing compound.

before the 3m stuff the headlights were clear and smooth.

The 500 grit is for heavy oxidation, you could have just used the tryzect and wet sanded it.

Just need to slow the drill speed and how fast you are moving the drill and it will take less time and do a better job. you can use 303 marine protectant once a month and your work will have UV protection and would not have to restore your headlights.
