Yes it is , it means litterally " final shot" . tirare litterally means " to throw" but is also used on firearms , for example snipers in italian are called " tiratori scelti" that litterally means " chosen throwers ( shooters)"

Cristobal Andres Vega Mundaca Sorry for the late comment. I just crosschecked this information with some of Korean wikis and other fan forums, but I found nothing positive about this. Korean fans I asked for help were quite skeptical, saying that they even can't trust the webpage itself at all. That's what I found. As near as I can tell, there is still NO Korean official dubbing of PMMM.

Spanish dub isn't bad at all, sadly lacks emotion in that scene, but in general spanish dub is very decent, i like all spanish voices (specially Madoka and Homura) except Sayaka... The majority who criticize this dub badly without any reason are latin americans. I'm Italian (Now i'm living in Spain) and for me, Spanish and Italian are the best dubs (Except Sayaka in spanish dub...) and english is good but not great, as for german i don't give an opinion because i don't undersand it. But in general, Japanese is the best.

There is The Different Story manga which focuses on Mami and Kyoko that starts a bit before the events of the anime and then diverges into it's own timeline. There's still dark stuff but she spends a hell of a lot more time alive.

Everyone is saying that Italian is far better, but I don’t hear it. I’m not saying that the Italian are rubbish at dubs or anything like that! I just don’t hear what makes them stand out among the other dubs with the “Tiro Finale”. Is it because it’s actually an Italian phrase and/or it sounds more fluent? Cause I have no clue. In my opinion (and ofc hearing), every dub and the original did a perfect (or at least good) job at saying the phrase.
