The United States uses military resources meant to keep us safe to spy on, torture, groom, and harass victims of pedophilic abuse. Victims are groomed and forcibly shown deviant sexual content at ages as young as 6 years old. They hack the household devices, including hijacking the television while a child is up and alone. They are forcibly shown deviant content involving animals or disgusting acts that would be illegal for an adult. They target victims this young because this is the age that fetishes are developed and children this young are not capable of understanding what they are seeing is not normal. They are intentionally grooming defenseless children into deviant sexualities. This is also a way to shame victims into silence, they think the more deviant and depraved they are with children, they will be less likely to speak out about what happened to them out of shame. In person they will encourage children below puberty to engage in deviant sexual acts and try to convince them this is normal behavior. Both children and adults are molested and raped through the use of substances that render them unconscious and the only reason a victim might know that something has occurred is because they leave body fluids in or around the victim. When the victims get older there is use of an advanced AI that alters content that they see by inserting references and imagery that would seem normal to other people but has special meaning to the torture victim. This will be repeated again and again indefinitely. This is both for the purposes of psychological torture and to provoke violence Some people are being intentionally tortured throughout their entire lives, they may target them because they think they are easy prey or maybe they were just attracted to that particular child. They use innocuous symbols because there is plausible deniability . A victim that was deviantly groomed by pedophiles is repeatedly shown something related to their exploitation. Like a rapist that rapes a woman with a common object for the purposes of torture. They want the victim to relive the trauma as much as possible. The use of weaponized AI would manipulate algorithms to show them what the torturers wanted them to see. The AI would do the grunt work of content modification and categorization.

The flowers surrounding Homura at 0:57 are most likely asphodels. In victorian flower language, they mean "My regrets will follow you to the grave". Their origins are said to be based in Greek mythology. They grew in the underworld, and were consumed by the dead. Homer's Odyssey shaped the idea of asphodel as a flower of regret, referring to the Asphodel Meadows as a section of the underworld where neither good nor evil souls resided- a type of ghostly purgatory.

List of observations: 0:01 lizard, previously seen in Rebellion being squashed during Homura's transformation into a witch; an analysis video said it was a personification of Homura. Instead of being cool-tone colors like in Rebellion, it's now an angry scarlet. 0:06 XVIII, the Moon in the major arcana of tarot cards; butterflies similar to the ones from a witch labyrinth in the OG series are pinned as if this is a controlled scientific environment. 0:09 again, the lizard that Homura sits on and the black feathers from her Devil costume 0:12 bruh why she look so smug? we hear the phone click as the person on the other end of the call hangs up. Homura seems to have challenged someone to the protection of the world, asking if they can find a better solution than hers. Edit: in the new movie poster, there are two Homuras--the one featured in this trailer who wears a black headband and one who wears Madoka's ribbons. There's a telephone bridging the space between them, so maybe the person in opposition to Homura(?) in this trailer is the real Homura or maybe another part of her. 0:14-0:30 there's a series of voices over phone; not sure exactly from where, but these lines sound like echoes from different moments in the series and Rebellion: "it's a secret, don't tell anyone," the magical girl secret "there is one thing you must do," "it's love," parroting Kyubey and Homura's dialogue when she becomes Devil Homura; it's weird that, for a theme that motivated Homura's violent decision to rewrite the universe again, there is no other hint of "love" in the rest of this trailer "what nonsense," "devil," "a magical girl I don't know," about Homura's sudden appearance as a magical girl in Mitakihara city at the start of the series "bring hope," about Madoka as the Law of Cycles "goodbye. release that girl," Madoka's unfiltered voice addresses Homura and she responds with a filtered voice, "my best friend." Then, the phone is put down again. 0:14-0:30 the visuals during the same sequence are mostly flashbacks to Walpurgisnacht and a big focus on Homura--going from a full body view from the back, to her face, and finally to just her eyes; the singular white background in this sequence is on "this world is for 'Madoka'." Madoka's name is in quotes, like she's a concept or revered ideal that Homura has rather than a real person. 0:33 speculations on whether this is Homura or not: subsequent frames show Mami, Kyouko, and Sayaka in changed costumes (1:02-1:04), and the similarity of the skirt, general outfit, and diamond motifs indicates it could be Homura. At the same time, Homura at 1:14 wears a different outfit, so I'd lean away from that theory. This person honestly gives vibes of some combination of Madoka and Homura; it could be Madoka--who's traditionally been a bow-user--trying to understand Homura and the concept of magical girls in the new world, but that's also a stretch 0:39 why did Madoka jump... (edit: I hate to be the person using characters' socks as the justification for who's who, but this character is the same one as 0:33 judging by the side ponytail hairstyle and the black socks different from Madoka's 3/4 length white ones shown later at 0:54); the writing is different from witch scripts this time, it actually looks more similar to human languages. And then there are the fancy-distorted words in English: "legend bestie"? (edit from @z0mbiemancer in replies!: what's written is "legendär bestie" translating to "legendary beast"), "wraith." Wraiths were the replacement to witches post-Law of Cycles, but the ballooning shape that consumes Madoka is something malevolent, regardless. Maybe if she was forced to be normal, she'd fall into this kind of witch's trap. 0:42 Mami's outfit is duller and her ribbons are only the binding red ones she's used on Homura twice--she seems less in control and less bright than before, maybe more volatile 0:48 three figures on the roof, likely Mami, Kyouko, and Sayaka suspecting there's something wrong 0:54 the single happy scene of this trailer of Madoka's normal life... 0:57 --while Homura watches with a strained smile from the distance. At the end of Rebellion, Homura said she might not be able to be friends with Madoka this time and seems to have kept to that, however painfully. Edit: from the movie poster, this would also be the frontward facing Homura due to headband and white socks over leggings... the way this shot of Homura is the only still character in the trailer is uncanny. 0:59 the scenery around Homura is flowery and mostly pastels or white, starkly different from Homura's black parasol and preferred color scheme; I wonder if it's supposed to suggest Homura's virtue or show how she sticks out from the world she's tried so hard to create; at this moment, the music also gains intensity and an insidious quality 1:02-1:04 in contrast to Homura's light background, Kyouko, Mami, and Sayaka have a dark red background. They've changed magical girl outfits. Sayaka seems particularly not okay. Her half-hearted hand gesture with the cape mocks the hero of justice her TV series self wanted--perhaps if she has continued to raise suspicions since her post-world rewrite Rebellion confrontation with Homura, Homura's world muted her ability to talk in a physical way that Sayaka wants to hide 1:05 a mandatory Kyubey eyes shot that leaves its involvement a complete mystery 1:06 a fan of papers flies into the air, maybe this is how Homura perpetuates the story she's making; numerous minions of Homura from Rebellion stand throughout and behind the tall paper tower, speaking the line "and so, let the curtain rise on tonight's dream" 1:14 Homura's throne is on the school rooftop; the stakes pinning the butterflies down at 0:06 cross behind her seat; her magical girl costume is also different. 1:19 contrary to her distressed and fatigued expression, Homura's voice is deceptively light as she repeats the line--similar to a witch, she seems intent on creating a fake world and playing god for it; the gem on her left hand shows she's still the devil (also dang, she really changes her headband once per movie). Edit: back to the movie poster, if there are two Homuras, then the black hairband Homura clearly gained all the powers. Honestly, I push this theory mostly because I don't think Homura would sound so delighted about starting the farce that's been depicted throughout the trailer. 1:23 "Walpurgisnacht Rising," the name of the film. I can't imagine how Walpurgisnacht is relevant again unless Homura's new dream involves resetting everything to pre-TV series (as the various differences disprove). Walpurgisnacht, as the first final boss of magical girls, could just be symbolism for the rise of a new ultimate challenge. 1:26 in the credits, we have Gekidan InuCurry on "parallel world design," so this dream Homura talks about will probably feature heavily; no new cast members have been added, at least ones that SHAFT wants to reveal; Nagisa didn't show up at all in this trailer Lots and lots of speculation, but no proof because Madoka Magica, being as abstract, creative, and unpredictable as it is, will probably turn over a lot of this when it comes out. Misc afterthoughts (edited): - not that you needed more proof that Homura is trying to stage a specific image of the world, but unlike Rebellion's trailer which includes almost every cast member's voice, this trailer is fully voiced over by Homura, her familiars, and the distorted voices over the phone; this also means that the trailer is hiding a lot of information just to keep us guessing about what really happens in the whole situation outside of Homura's POV - the frequent usage of telephones (in the poster, as a symbol, beep and ringing noises throughout) is pretty interesting; I don't recall much from Magia Record, but a wild theory is that Homura or someone else can whisper rumors to people using the telephone (that's a Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun inspiration)--otherwise, it could just be a device supporting parallel world communication - speaking of which, to talk about the parallel world, I think it was already an ironic choice for Homura to rewrite the universe to basically trap everyone in an evolved version of her unplanned witch's labyrinth in Rebellion. Ultimately, Homura is selfish and she realized her wish to see Madoka again in the most extreme way after being in conflict with her own feelings the entire movie. Regardless, creating a parallel world would be a most Kyubey-like plan to isolate and perfectly maintain this "witch labyrinth" - Yuki Kajiura OSTs are the best - character interactions in this trailer consist of: Homura to ??? over phone; Sayaka, Madoka, and Hitomi with Homura in the distance; Kyouko, Mami, and Sayaka. So we see a deliberate series of non-overlapping scenes like they could be from totally different stories even when this couldn't be the case. Madoka looks apart from the magical girl side as Homura would want, but the scene of Sayaka with Madoka and then Sayaka with Kyouko and Mami must be in that chronological order for Sayaka's attitude to make sense. Most notably, Homura and Madoka don't have a real scene together even when the Madoka Magica series has always revolved around those two. - Somebody was really observant about Sayaka having bandages on her neck when she was with Madoka (barely visible at 0:53), so I guess Sayaka's getting better at pretending. Well... she did pretend to be her regular middle-school self in Rebellion until Homura started poking around, so maybe she's always been good at pretending ever since she realized her original ideal of justice was unrealistic in the TV series and discarded that impulsiveness. Though, it's hard to imagine Madoka and Hitomi wouldn't have noticed. What sort of excuse did Sayaka have to make to justify covering her neck?

I feel like it kinda connects with the fact she was the one who knows The Law of Cycle and Devil Homura, so it could be a meaning that Sayaka is, or *forced* to stay silent about what she forgot by Homura at the end of Rebellion. @@manquo nope, because she still have bandages around her neck when she's using uniform. That would not make sense. She still can talk. And well, it's kind of imposible that about remembering because Homura deleted her memories in the last Rebellion scene. Also why she's covering only her neck when she's not magical girl? Where does witch kisses appears? Exactly,on peoples necks. I'm pretty sure that Oktavia (her witch) is trying to interact with her somehow appearing as a witch kiss on her neck. We all know how Sayaka is, she would try to hide it instead of ask for help. So that's the reason behind the bandages when she have her school uniform. So, probably, when she transform into a magical girl ,Oktavia's parts or curses are able to show more agressively and that's why she have the whole face + neck and arms covered. There's an artist on Instagram who made a fanart about it. @_kuro_ink It would make no sense if Homura try to cover her mouth only in her Magical girl form. Sayaka is trying to hide something by herself and I don't think she have memories from the past

I just realized and I can't stop admiring the hidden detail of the "Passiflora Caerulea" Flowers that can be seen in the background, between the arches that can be seen at minute 0:56, flowers that in Japan are known as 果物時計草 (Clock Flower) and allude to Homura and her concept. These Flowers have a circular shape that resembles a clock, and have a purple hue like Homura's. At the same time, these Flowers give rise to the fruit known as passion fruit, a Fruit referring to the Sacrifice of Jesus Christ, a sacrifice that at the same time resembles that of Madoka. It's a pretty significant detail in the Trailer, I love it

If I could describe this anime as anything, it would be disturbingly beautiful. The story is so twisted and interwoven seamlessly yet has such gorgeous music and visuals to the point of haunting the viewer well after watching it. And since it’s a movie I’d imagine the quality will be on the same level if not a step above Rebellion and will push the envelope of a new standard of animation going forward for the franchise. Definitely seeing this in theaters if given the chance.

Because Madoka's wish requires that she be a concept, the law of cycles. But that goes against Homura's wish of saving Modoka. Modoka sacrificing herself isn't Homura "saving" Madoka. So, their wishes are at odds. Which you'd think the Incubators would have had measures for. This can't be the only time magical girls have had opposing wishes, right?

Incubators were the classic type of villains that were dealing with emotions they cannot truly understand, it's only natural that someone who truly feels emotions overcomes them. man… this series was a huge part of my teen years and the fact that it’s ACTUALLY GETTING CONTINUED is great. the characters are back!!! the music is back!! what is going on!!! but also. i cant help but look upon this with dread after learning abt how much of a nihilist gen urobuchi is. it really warped, but also put into perspective, how the franchise feels to me

I forgot the names but I remember him having a hand writing/handling visual novel script(s), as well as Fate/Zero (I can understand the depressing tone for F/Z, it’s Nasuverse). Urobuchi Gen’s name’s already carved in my mind as a great author just not someone you should expect happy stories from. At this point, I just want the quintet to have, if not exactly happy, but at least peaceful lives from all the things they’ve been through. Wait until this movie throws a sad ending in my face after the hopeful tone from the original Madoka series. (Again)

Yeah, about that... Urobuchi himself wanted Rebellion to end on a happy note as in the manga adaptation of their work. Then Shinbo really said "No". 😂😂😂

@@jqrandomuploadsandblips9158 To be fair, I feel like that is what made Rebellion great. Shinbo came up with the ending and Urobuchi the built the entire story around that ending. And it is better that way: in a way, it spits on the ending of the show, but I think it is more like Homura spitting on the ending of the show. That's in character for her. And it pretty much sets up a sequel (as Homura admits that she has lost as soon as Madoka chooses to defy her) in which the possibility of a truly happy ending exists. Whether or not it will come to be is another question, but the possibility is there.

If you also noticed, Shinbo really said "we could make a religion out of this" literally with Madoka, Homura, Kyubey and Walpurgisnacht. Adding Mami, Kyoko and Sayaka to compile magical girl version of New Testament and Arcana 18 (or 666) of Walpurgisnacht being the magical girl version of the Beast of the Sea in Revelations

The smug Homura gives me chills, and the entire trailer too. Will definitely add this on my must-watch list. It is just me or the consistent telephone ringing tells me something about attracting attention (as it is being so loud and continuous) or asking for help (like the 9-1-1 helpline) of some sort. Sayaka's face covered with white bandages as if someone has forced her to shut up or keep silent. Homura seems to be distressed/impatient as she sits alone on that arch. And the last line telling about "rising the curtains", I felt like a theatrical show-like event of someone's dreams is about to start or end.

Something interesting to point out about Madoka's Witch and Walpurgusnacht (sorry if I misspelt her name) is that if I recall from seeing this show years ago... Both of them are two sides of an hourglass, or resemnle that in design. This would explain why the movie is named the way it is. Walpurgisnacht has been the main villain since the start, the thing stopping Homura from saving Madoka. After that many retries, how did she not figure out how to kill the Witch? Because her time loops attached fate to it as well. Think about it, didn't Madoka die killing that thing in the first timeline? The exact time Homura made her wish to protect her? She'd be subconsciously thinking about that creature. So if Madoka is a God, and Homura was able to capture a god, what about how strong that thing is now that Homura became a deity herself? If Madoka's and Walpurgis' fate/karma is tied to Homura's resets, and Homura rewrote reality with Madoka's power, what can the thing they ALL failed to defeat do by now? That could wipe the planet even before Madoka had enough resets for her witch to be that strong? Sayaka, Kyoko and Mami definitely got stronger as well. Especially Sayaka with rhe whole "Being Madoka's Aide". She's bandaged up though. Also what happened to Bebe remains a mystery, I don't see her at all in the trailer.

A main point will be trying to figure out what has happened between this movie and Rebellion. This seems to be a direct aftermath of Homura's, well... We'll call it a 'forceful reset'. She's very obviously the demon/god we saw after all that, but just how much time has passed and has she had to do anything else like the 'reset' in that timespan? And she's missing the earring which seemed important. Especially interesting is who is wielding the bow. I had to watch back a few times and I still can't tell if it's Homura or actually Madoka. The hair seems too long and dark to be Madoka but then it's too short and light to be Homura (even if Homura was to put her hair in a ponytail which it seems the bow wielder has, it's come done farther then that). And the bow is indeed Homura's (which also shares a very similar design profile with the missing earring). I could write off the other changes in the outfit being off as simple design changes which have happened before (with lore significance) and even seen here is a major point of the story for the movie/lore. But then right after is a scene that is for sure Madoka, see the hair being in pigtails but too straight to be Mami. But it's clearly a nod to school 'self endings' that happen in Japan (schools there famously have/had chain link fences around the roof and leaving the shoes behind was a common thing in 'self endings'). And besides debatably the bow scene, we don't actually have a confirmation of Madoka's magic at all. We only get a shot of her soul gem in the flashback sequence (which also interestingly enough has a Homura with her earring that isn't seen at all in the other shots of Homura for the actual movie).

Walpurgisnacht is full of clockwork gears and shaped like the top half of an hourglass. Madoka's witch before the last episode was shaped like the bottom half. Headcanon: Walpurgisnacht was witch Homura, going back and forth in time and bringing magical girls into her false utopian dream, just as goddess Madoka goes back and forth in time bringing genuine hope. This would also create parallelism between Homura fighting her future self Walpurgisnacht, and Madoka fighting and defeating her future witch self as goddess Madoka.
