Mamma Mia! - A date with Frida & Björn in Berlin on October 21, 2007

On October 21, 2007, the Berlin premiere of the musical "Mamma Mia" took place in german language. The two ABBA members Anni-Frid Lyngstad (Frida) and Björn Ulvaeus also traveled to this event in the "Theater am Potsdamer Platz".
The German TV presenter Torgen Schneider had the opportunity to interview the two world stars. This interview, which is still relatively unknown, is characterized by a very relaxed atmosphere and Frida and Björn obviously had fun answering Torgen's unusual questions.
During his time as a presenter at the SAT.1 breakfast television station, Torgen Schneider interviewed many prominent artist from the music industry. Am 21 Oktober 2007 fand die Berliner Premiere des Musicals „Mamma Mia“ in deutscher Sprache statt. Zu diesem Event im „Theater am Potsdamer Platz“ reisten auch die beiden ABBA-Mitglieder Anni-Frid Lyngstad (Frida) und Björn Ulvaeus an.
Der deutsche TV-Moderator Torgen Schneider hatte dabei die Gelegenheit die beiden Weltstars interviewen zu dürfen. Dieses - immer noch relativ unbekannte Interview - zeichnet sich durch eine sehr relaxte Stimmung aus und Frida und Björn hatten auch sichtlich Spaß, die ungewöhnlichen Fragen von Torgen zu beantworten.
In seiner Zeit als Moderator beim Frühstücks-Fernsehen des Senders SAT.1 hat Torgen Schneider viele prominente Künstler aus der Musikbranche interviewt. Dazu zählten u. a. En esta entrevista a Borg y Anny, los veo q siguen como si el tiempo no pasara en ellos, sigue siendo los mismos. Anny luce explendida, se la ve muy guapa, en su momento fue uno de los rostros mas bellos del ambiente musical. Me gusta el caracter sofisticado de Anny Frida, es de una belleza exquisita.

They got a chance to do an interview with Frida and Björn (Frida rarely does interviews) and they couldn’t find a better reporter?! I guess he is a bit nervous, but he doesn’t come out as very professional.

Don’t like the man interviewing them. Don’t insult their stage clothes. At that time it was kinda edgy and eye catching for the time. Frida made her and Agnetha outfit for “ring ring” and Bjorn said “oh you did”? How would he not remember that???? Ooook

Agreed. Bad opening move for an interview! Tone deaf. Ugh, finished the interview, the guy is awful! He manages to be continually awkward and insulting. You can see Frida's annoyance even though she's being polite.
