I love creating my own papers, not only do you get exactly the images you want, but it works out so much cheaper too. I've even printed my own napkins & tissue paper using digital kits.

I liked the new beginning shots. Cool paper. Have never done this, have to try. I love vintage ladies, never thought about doing my own papers with my stamps. Has to wait though, just had emergency surgery for a detached retina. No crafting for a bit. Watched this with one eye!

This is always a fun and relaxing project and the best part is you can make a mountain of them and then be left with a seriously nice stash of materials for any project! I’m fairly new to your channel. I found you while looking for SB room storage ideas. No I haven’t created my own papers before. I do like the close up shots at the beginning. I watched a few of your journal videos too and I liked them but I really do enjoy the quick technique teachings a lot. I’ve learned so much from this video. I’ve been making my own collage papers but being new to stamping I’m always hesitant to overlap images. But that’s what I’m doing wrong and I stop to soon and have big empty area. Will try some this afternoon.

I love this. I used up old colored tissue paper with my "weird" stamps then applied it to punched circles and cards. The blending gives a lot of depth. Deli paper is a nice alternative to parchment or tissue paper. I use deli paper to wrap my husband's sandwiches, and to back my stamp projects (also great for off-stamping, a multi purpose win). I need to try it for layering. 😌

So I bought that tissue paper from Tim with all those new stamps on them, and I was freaking out because I'm almost out, then I realized, I could make my own with the crap ton of stamps I have and don't use!
