I have heard his music as he released it and every song sounds great. Total talent. Hard to believe he sang lead, backup, and played every instrument then arranged it , produced it.. really awesome. And now he has assembled a nice band putting out that same sound. . A chip off the old block.. I kept telling people hey have you heard Wolfe’s music? Listen to it! Doesn’t sound anything like vanhalen and that’s what he wanted..All the way around it’s kick ass music.. it’s wolfies music.. dad taught him well.. mom is I’m sure beyond proud..keep rockin man...

Damn, the huge amount of talent that is always associated with the VH name, has just gone to Ludacris level! Wolfgang seems to be a genuinely humble guy with a pleasant attitude. Which is very refreshing to see in someone with this degree of talent. I wonder if he even realizes how talented he really is? I love the musicianship, and his voice is freaking phenomenal. Glad he's not buried in the background with some other band and he's up front and center, because this is definitely where he belongs, and his namesake has absolutely nothing to do with it. This guy is pure talent! Extremely well done sir! So looking forward to more and more music from WVH!

@randy Maxwell That's very dismissive after seeing his legendary father in concert 3 times ,but I guess his dad's material if before your era . Actually I'll give you this great for your era cause if I had a son or daughter and they liked wolf's music I would be proud . rock music just got revived by Wolfe .hope to see some of the talent that can play his dad's style come forward and harness some of Eddie's licks and incorporate that into their own signature sound .rock needs a comeback

@@kevinlimpert8523 Not trying to offend or be insulting, but I think you misunderstood my friend. You're confusing two different terms - (regardless of) and (in spite of) - I stated the former of the two terms. What I had stated in my original coment was, "REGARDLESS of his last name." (In other words, I admire Wolfgang based on his own merit, and not on his amazing late father). I'm in my 40's and first discovered Van Halen when I was 9. Eddie was the sole reason I started playing guitar at 12 years old and have never stopped. Wish I had just a fraction of Eddie or Wolfie's talent, LOL. No worries though man, it's clear that we both love Van Halen, so all is well. Hope you have a nice Christmas my friend!

Way to clean sounding. Sounds nothing like his father. I guess he is not shooting to be like his father. I don't know. I am perplexed that Eddie only had 1 biological son. He has millions of children he influenced that are his but... I don't know. I guess we wanted Eddie to be alive through his son and continue that Van Halen sound. We're not going to get it.
