Hi amma really super recipe also Summer will shortly start and mango will come to market.. will try this soon... simple and easy sweet recipe... Also @ 6:26 puli rasam which you mentioned, we also prepare that very easy and will prepare for pongal...will do it in 2 method 1 will be very thin tamarind pulp and 2 one will be thick (concentrated) not too thick puli kolab consistency..also for thin method will add grated coconut.. for thick vartion will season with jeera and mustard. Maami...namaskaram.Could u pls explain what utensils can be used for cooking ,storing water,serving.Many says water in copper can be used for drinking but copper should not be heated directly unless coated with tin.Pls can u explain what are bronze brass and copper metal.And which one is ideal among these.

In the discussion on mampazha pachadi for new year your son says only 5 tastes are there thuvarppu example not there..i had different views which i am just sharing..1 mango with skin should be used where the skin has the astringent thuvarppu...some say turmeric or kadugu(mustard) is astringent (thuvarppu).. in ligther vein , in your mothers own words when periava say manga pachadi has arusuvai its got to be there..we are too small to question ha ha...aarayama anubhavikanum haha
