Today iam here with a kerala Traditional Side dish Recipe Called Mampazha Pulissery.. Its very healthy.. perfectly match with plain rice. This is with a balance taste of Sweet, Sour and spicy.. Enjoy.. !
Ingredients
Ripe Mangoes - 5 Nos
Water - 1 1/2 Cup
Green Chilly - 4 Nos (to cook)
red Chilly - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coconut - 3/4 Cup
Green Chilly - 2 Nos (to grind)
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Curd - 3/4 Cup
Fenugreek Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Jaggery (Sugar) - 2 Tbsp (as per taste)
Coconut Oil - 2 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly - 2-3 nos
Curry Leaves
Salt
