🧺 INGREDIENTS
Ripe Mangoes - Small Size (ചെറിയ മാമ്പഴം) - 6 Nos
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1+1 Sprig
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - ¼ + ¼ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 + ¾ Teaspoon
Water (വെള്ളം) - 2 + ¼ Cups (500+60 ml)
Grated Coconut (തേങ്ങ ചിരണ്ടിയത്) - ¾ Cup
Cumin Seeds (ചെറിയ ജീരകം) - ¼ Teaspoon
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 2 Cloves
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 3 Nos
Curd (തൈര്) - ¾ Cup (180 ml)
Sugar (പഞ്ചസാര) - ½ Teaspoon (Optional)
Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 2 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 5 Nos (Sliced)
