Mamson's footwork is mesmerizing. Very distinct style too.

how do they go about music selection. I feel like the dancers know every song like the back of their hands! amazing musicality
@mauicdoc2011 Жыл бұрын
freestyle dancers practice a lot and have lots of playlists that they listen to. sometimes, the songs we practice to are being played in events. and also, we learn to dance to the music while actively listening to it, so a lot of times we can capture different sounds in music and translate it through movement :)) but it takes a lot of practice to do it on command. getting in the top 16 of summer dance forever basically means that youre the best of the best out of millions of dancers in the world, so i would assume that these guys have practiced for years

It’s such a shame to invite groveless dj to an amazing dance battle. They had almost no space to groove and use the energy. Instead, the whole battle was just a switch track thing…

Mamson is a boring beatkiller. He should have been a bboy cos he never had HOUSE SPIRIT. 1:58 here is his dance philosophy.

mamson definetly embodies house spirit! super technical with the footwork, easily one of my favorite dancers of all time, really evolved style and amazing execution why hate?

Hahaha…who ever think Mamson is boring and without spirit should really spend some times with him. You do not judge a dancer only through videos and battles.

Nonsense. Mamson won every round. Kwame is a less entertaining version of Ejoe. Bad call. Robbery.
@daytona-x7b Жыл бұрын
and Ejoe is probably the best house dancer is history, arent you setting the bar a bit high for kwame? lol
@Ell.06 Жыл бұрын
The fact that someone can call Kwame 'a less entertaining version of Ejoe' is really baffling to me. I think Kwame's style is far more entertaining and dynamic than Mamson's, Mamson is a really good dancer obviously but after watching him for a decade now his moves become kind of old and overdone.
@flavorisyou895 Жыл бұрын

@@Ell.06 one could say the same thing about Ejoe. Same move set for over a decade. Doesn't make either any less entertaining. All of us dancers incorporate moves we see from other dancers. Michael and Prince stole from James Brown. The trick is to make them your own. I don't believe Kwame has blended the ejoe-ness out of his moves and made them his own yet. I'd rather watch Ejoe battle Mamson than Kwame battle Mamson.
