Man accused of dropping 4 year old off second-floor balcony at Daytona resort

No way. Anyone holding a child over a balcony, should be charged with ATTEMPTED MURDER. Remember when MJ put his son over the rail for the public to see? People went CRAZY, and wanted him CHARGED.
