MAN almost CRIES After I COMPLETELY Transformed his Yard - Saved him from a CITY Violation.
I knocked on this man's door when I drove past and saw the lawn and garden covered by weeds. He shared with me he couldn't find anyone else to do it and his equipment is broken.
He did try mowing one section with his push mower and he hit a pipe and it broke then he broke his weed whacker. It was only a matter of time until he received a city violation. I thought he was about in tears when he noticed I showed up again to do the other side of his yard, he loved the edging!
We SAVED her from a City Violation - • WE SAVED an ELDERLY GR...

You, my friend, are an awesome man and incredible example to your son. I read all the comments and not once have you jumped in and questioned the situation with this family. That speaks volumes! You are not looking for their excuses…you really don’t seem to care why or how the home got to where it is today. You aren’t looking for certain people to help, you just want to step in and help. A lot of folks, when the homeowner left the house and left you doing their yard work, would have just packed up and gone to find someone they felt was more deserving. Not you! You made the offer, that equaled a commitment, and you lived up to your commitment. I would be honored to have someone like you as a friend. I’ve heard folks like you called 2AM friends, because you’re someone who would answer the phone if I called you at 2AM. I don’t know if this KZbin thing is your side gig or main income, but your heart is definitely in the right place. Kudos to you and your son for not just talking the talk, but walking the walk!

That’s a lot of judgement on someone you don’t know. We don’t know any of that man’s struggles. He might be lazy or he might be overwhelmed by life right now. A helping hand might be just what he needs to turn things around. Rather than criticizing maybe you could spend a minute or two praying for him. God Bless you and may He continue to bless you with good health.

Simply amazing job guys. It looks beautiful. It is so amazing that you do this for these homeowners. I know that you offer this service free of charge and expect nothing in return....but... I haven't seen a single homeowners in any of the videos where they come out and help. I would feel guilty as heck not to help out especially when someone I don't even know is doing something so selfless and working so darn hard..I realize some can't help because they are elderly or have medical issues but there are some you have done that could help. I don't know..maybe it's just me. None the less, great job as always Eric.

When overgrown edging looks as if it is part of the walkway, you know this yard has been neglected. Overgrowth this big really takes a team working together--nice to see young man step in. The thickness and dryness of the overgrowth tells us this has been neglected for years. Great job to transform and rescue this landscape. 👏

Fantastic job by you and your son. What a transformation !! The house could use a good pressure wash, and once the landscaping is finished, it's really going to "pop". It's a nice looking property, I love the rockwork, and I'm sure this gave the owners a jump start to do the extended landscaping they had in mind. Just beautiful .

Man for free and all the labor and expense, wow. I saw a sign today that simply read: "Weeds Mowed". ON fence and in that lot the weeds were about 5 feet tall. I have a little acre that can be challenge to me but I get it done. As a homeowner I have tried to hire someone to cut out a ditch, no one responds. For free I'd be getting you jugs of gas, trimmer line, plenty of ice cold thirst quenchers and my greatest gratitude. Hats off sir.

Erik, I remembered seeing a lawn cleaning tip on KZbin and I knew I had to pass it on to you, to keep your bottom line of your budget as large as possible!😁👍! Part 1) is to drill 8 (1/4" )holes into the bottom of your large plastic garbage cans, 1 inch from the bottom just above where it turns upwards all around. The holes relieve the vaccum pressure when the bags are full and you can't get them out. This first tip will help keep the profit margin as large as possible by needing to buy fewer bags and less often! Tip#2) to cut a "push plate" 1 inch smaller than the length of the bottom of the can. Screw 2 boards on the plate from the underside so the screw ends are facing up. Then, from the top side, screw into the board strips 2 2 screw drawer handles. Put a garbage bag into can-like usual- fill it with the grass clippings or raked leaf piles, putting plate on top and pushing down on grass/leaves in can. This will compress the contents so you call fill it with more! Tie the bag shut when it's full, the holes will act as vents pulling in the air to fill in the space that's being created as you lift out the bag! This tip will help you to use less bags (getting filled with more refuse, helping your bottom line to be a larger number! I had to get you this tip for helping your business to grow. This trick does work, I watched it be done from start to finish. Have a great day and let me know if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me with any information you need. Doug🤓👍😁
