Caused by a meth smoker who’s torch accidentally caught his place on fire. Really how this horrible situation happened 😢

I feel bad for this man. Accidents happen! Few days ago, I put some rice on the stove to reheat, and just then my Mama called . . . she's in a care home with the Parkinson's. Totally immobile and can barely speak, so it matters when she calls, but afterward I ditzed on the rice and laid down to cry. Suddenly smelled smoke, oh HELLZ no. Was able to douse the flames with a pot of water, but had to open all the windows before the building alarms went off. I got lucky.

If the site was run by Catholic Charities, donations are surely through the roof. Scary, though, for everyone involved. Accidents happen, though, and it's not Bubble Man's fault the extinguisher was worthless. It's not as though he'd started the fire, rolled over, and fallen asleep.

People with Warrants were not supposed to be in tent cities & I assume in Tiny Homes communities. Self governance

How can you tell if someone has warrants? People will live with warrants for years.

People who've been homeless, or bouncing from place to place, aren't always aware THEMSELVES that they have warrants. Anyway, in this situation, dude tried to put out the fire. It wasn't a malicious thing.

He didn't use the torch for weed, he used the torch for meth and was too scared to admit it.. however they do have bubbles for math use, so maybe it does check out😅 Sucks for all those people

" Didn't work " could be that the extinguishing agent did exit the hose but the operator didn't know how to properly put the fire out.
