You betchya. You're a good man, sees something that needs done or even if it doesn't need done takes the initiative to just get it done because it needs done or in this case just to make something better than it already is. Mike's a lucky guy to have someone like you around. Not to give you a big head or anything 😉 but guy's like you are extremely rare these days, I know this because as an employer I rarely come across those kind of guys. Most show up just to get a paycheck and do as little as they can get away with then head out the door.

I cut thin sheet metal and get into some thick stuff at times most part 1/4 too 3/8 would be the average ,, Great work on that trailer ,, I am repairing one of mine then have another one to finish building ,, great video .. rust ,paint and grease suck in a weld

You know, if one of the networks gets shorthanded, they could set you up with your own "LATE NIGHT"! Mike is fortunate to have a friend like you and the Captain. What size mig wire were you using, 35? My uncle JIMMY still went to his welding shop and was 99yrs old. He had a sign on he wall and as a little kid I asked what it meant. It read "TAP don't TOUCH"! Aaron... you laid down some purdy beads. I graded them A-1. You can go back to work tomorrow and brag about that... because I am highly qualified to judge them. You see, I’m not much of a welder but you won’t find a better weld grinder!!! Sometimes I weld and grind three or four times on the same bead. And after three coats of paint it almost looks professional.... to a 90 year old blind man, 90 miles away, going 90 miles an hour!

Good one. Just remember, welds no one can see are perfect. Especially on broken farm equipment, when you cut your finger with the angle grinder trying to hold your balance and still get the paint off. (The paint will burn off, and if that makes an ugly weld, see the sentence about welds no one can see.) Actually, nice job, thanks for the video.
