Nice light Reddog. That 83 Custom Deluxe is sweeeet. That desert is great for rust prevention but hard on the interior. Your oldest is be the envy of all the teenage boys.

Can't wait to see the new project on the 83 as I used to have an 83 C10, it had a 305 in it 65000 miles on it when I got it, in 90. Put the Rally rims on it, re-cammed it, port and polished the heads, found some old center dump exhaust manifolds off a Camaro. Had a friend that had an aluminum manifold, put a Mallory ignition on it, HV oil pump, retweeked a quadrajet that a friend of mine gave me. It got 18 mpg when I finished and ran like scalded dog. Wish I still had it.

I remember my dad had a ‘83 Chevy it was silver shower wheel base 4 wheel drive. It had a 350 with what he called an RV can and Manual transmission. Cant wait to see the work done to your.

I know the feeling of having an issue and getting parts that turn into spares LOL , have a new catalytic converter for 2002 Camry , head gasket set ford straight 6 , bushing---well ya get the idea awww LOL. You all take care over there, were 5 mile as the bird fly from Pacific Ocean middle of Oregon. Hay and very awesome birthday gifts - 💥

An 83 model pickup is in very good condition, I can't think of a single 83 pickup that is still running over here...... 🤔🇬🇧 Plenty of restored cars kicking around!!! Arron, Man Behind The Insanity on Mike Dirt Perfect's channel. You're definitely one awesome Dad to be setting your 3 kids up with vehicles as they get old enough to drive. You'll definitely know that they're driving safe vehicles. My Mom and Dad had 3 cats and 2 motorcycles that once I turned 18 I could drive depending on which one they were going to use om any given day. My Dad's GM Opel was the funnest.
