An officer at the scene noted suspect Wayne Moyher was covered in sweat, had a cut on his right hand, and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Moyher told police he'd been held hostage at his home by a group of men and forced to do drugs. Police spoke with the man’s girlfriend who said Moyher suddenly jumped out the front window of their home while she was watching tv, and that no one else was at the residence.
