I love chiropractors like this one. Nice deep tissue massage. Spends all the time necessary to help. Proper adjustment after getting the patient as relaxed as possible. Too many chiros just want patients money and get them in and out as fast as possible. I love a good adjustment but never got a nice deep massage like that. Great work.

So with good standing and sitting posture comes the question what about sleeping posture? If our neck is meant to curve like that should we be using pillows when laying on our backs? I often feel, and maybe I just have too soft of a mattress, but my head moving forward when I lay down, my shoulders and back going back into the mattress and my head being pushed more up by the pillow, vs not using a pillow and it laying back. When on the side it makes sense to use one to bridge that gap so your neck isn't bent to the side by the weight of your head, but when laying on back is it bad to use a pillow?
