Lol, the grandma in first class likely just got the money from her husband to be there; no one in first class who paid out of pocket for that is going to give you that type of lip. Hell, most people who fly at that level will just pull aside a flight attendant and complain to them and that flight attendant will come to you and see if it's an issue and if you'll lower the volume.
