There was a shelter/community for homeless folk set up near the area. I don't know if it is still there. It survived in harmony with residents and park users. If the people are still there, they probably know who this guy is. There are also some evenings when people seem to be waiting for their dealers and fences in the parking lots at the regional coastline park.

The city of Martinez is located in Contra Costa County, so there's a glimmer of hope that the DA won't dismiss the charges if the perp is caught.

it is just a bunch of boshy people with their trendy places and yet there is still no grocery store down here anymore. the store was forced out of business by a greedy developer who jacked up the rent their fridge area of the building which he owned forcing them out of business now leases it to County. lots of people do not like this trendy over priced place in town. this is a food desert to the people who live here. the guy looks familiar and not homeless but go ahead and say that it shows who you are.
