Obviously some will be able to get over if they have the physical ability.. But 90% of people, especially women and children, won't be able to do that. And for those that do try, they'll be that much slower and easier to spot, hauling around a 30 foot ladder through the desert.. jordan pilcher dumbest claim I ever heard of if a guy with a rope ladder can get over it’s not impossible to simply set up a pulley system or you know a ramp or ladder. Walls don’t deter people. People deter people, if you want better security a wall will never work. Not to mention most people simply overstaytheir visas completely bypassing the wall. Even ancient walls were never designed to be the greatest impenetrable barriers. They were designed to give defenders more time to react to threats.
