While the tragic and horrific end of this marriage can be lamented, the colossal mistakes the husband made must be pointed out. Mistake #1 Black women, whether domestic or from foreign jurisdictions within the western hemisphere do not respect good men. This inexplicable trait of black women has been evidenced in real life and art for decades. Mistake #2 Once a black women gets with a Ray Ray / Pookie, foreign or domestic, she will always be a Ray Ray/ Pookie "403". He married a young Jamaican 403 and tried to turn her into a housewife. Once the cheating became exposed his only safe option was to LEAVE, for his sake and his daughter's. Mistake#3 And this is the most difficult law to follow, the more you love a black woman the LESS she wants it or respects your naivete in giving it to her.

you don't need to get married to not be lonely. thats your inner beta male talking. get that out of your system. in the same way that women attempt to get as much out of the man without giving up sex, men should be getting as much sex & trying to avoid giving women marriage & relationships at all costs.

As a Jamaican man, and lot of Jamaican couples do this. The woman get with men that are established, marry the man with American citizenship and still planning with the man back in Jamaica. Sucks he fell for it, and how he reacted to it. Be careful of the women and their sob stories when you go to Caribbean counties. Its a trap from the beginning.

Tough situation.. Your wife cheats, and the courts will still give her custody of your children, which comes with child support. Then, on top of that, he'll likely have to give up the house as well. Just like that, you have nothing and must rebuild life from scratch. It's hard for me to judge a man's response to these types of situations.

Thats actuallly not what happens in the U.S. They usually give the kids to the mother by default. Then if their lawyer advises them, they can get auto custody by making a claim. You say that, but I guarantee if you caught her cheating you’d lose your mind. I’ve been with my husband going on 22 years and unfortunately in the beginning there was infidelity on my part, that lead to infidelity on his part, and it almost destroyed us. I always thought I wouldn’t care if he did to me what I was doing to him, but when it happened to ME, I was literally SICK, destroyed and devastated. Thankfully we’ve moved on, got re-baptized and have dedicated our lives to the Lord and each other. This all happened YEARS and years ago. You never know how you’ll respond until you’re in that position.

Everyone is entitled to a mistake. That's a learning experience. But, a second mistake is always a worst-case scenario. Walking away always leaves a person room to grow. The initiator always falls flat. They usually realize they made a mistake. Sometimes, they even try to come back. Never open that door again. Leave it shut. Lock the door, and throw away the key. You deserve better.

Good hearts are usually taken advantage of. It's sad but never fully trusts a human being. Trust in the power from above. Trust in man is always the wrong choice. *Folk, cheating is never a mistake. You’re pathetic if you ever give cheaters an ultimatum.* Cheating is a series of planned conscious decisions, the cheater justifies it, they determine that it’s worth risking their current relationship to do so, then after further consideration- they move forward with the act of infidelity. When you forgive a cheater and remain with them, they interpret that as a slap on the wrist. A man or a woman with no self control is a liability. *I can’t think of anything more degrading, humiliating and pathetic than getting emotional over, going to jail over or fighting to remain in a relationship with a known cheater.*

First degree has to be planned. Premeditation. From what he said, he flew into a rage and it happened. They can argue for manslaughter or 3rd degree based on that. There’s also no evidence of him planning it. He wasn’t telling people he was gonna do it. She didn’t let people now she was scared for her life.

@adofominka8767 8 ай бұрын
@@nothereforit.605 the planning necessary for premeditation can happen in a matter of seconds. It doesn’t have to happen in a matter of minutes, hours, or days. Furthermore, the prosecution could easily argue that when he found out his wife was taking steps to establish a new business abs part ways with him that he began planning her murder. I think I jury could believe that. But who knows? It depends who ends up on the jury. Yes, they could argue for the heat of passion manslaughter instruction and if any facts were to come in during the trial that supported that theory of the case, they would likely get it. However, they doesn’t mean a jury would believe it. I am going to try to look into the case and see if this case went to trial or not.

I just recently saw the episode on this. You gave a really good summary, my man. The brutality of it was that she married this guy when she was young, and at some point in the marriage, was carrying on with her ex-boyfriend. Like many women in these situations, she probably did not want to look bad in her community or in her daughter's eyes by just coming clean and divorcing the Major. She kept herself looking great, probably wanting to look her best for Aboud. We will never know if the Major just got played for a simp or if he mistreated her. Either way, this is yet another sad story of love gone bad.
