When he says down South he is talking about South London. Grime originated in London mainly in the East (Bow) were Wiley, Kano, Ghetts, Devlin and a lot of the OGs are from. London is split into Boroughs kinda like New York but called Post codes. E for East S south ect. Outside London Down South would be cornwell but that really isnt really a black area its more countryside lol.. You would have to take a look at a map to understand the dynamics.
