Now that I'm older, it doesn't bother me and I've accepted that this is a part of me, not who I am. I'm comfortable with myself and focus on the positive things in my life. Because of my disabilities and height, I haven't had a lot of relationships. But the ones I've had, they were with me because they had genuinely liked who I am. This goes for the same as my friends. I hope some day you both will become comfortable with who you are too. There is nothing wrong with being short.
