My ex-husband used to rant and rave about my weight all the time. It didn’t help me lose any weight because the stress added to my body. The more stressed out the less I have the ability to lose weight. It’s just tell my body is, but he thought that if he kept it up that I would lose weight because some people lose weight with more stress. I actually gained 10 pounds over the time that we were married. I have lost 28 pounds within a little over a year. I am disabled and so I can’t just do a bunch of exercise so it makes losing weight even more difficult. So I’m working on losing another 10 to 20 pounds. Small amounts at a time. I have a total of 150 pounds to lose. So I’m just trying for 10 to 20 pounds at a time. I’ve completely changed my diet. I use protein weight loss shakes and turmeric water on an empty stomach. It does not taste good! I have come up with my own pill and vitamin regiment years ago more like 5-6 years ago that make a complete meal. I take a teaspoon of turmeric in cold water or about 16 ounces. Stir it in and drink it. Then I have a teaspoon of pink Himalayan sea salt in another 16 ounces of water and it doesn’t have to be cold. I take my vitamins and pills while I’m drinking that. Then I drink about 6 to 8 ounces of vitamin C water. Then I have my weight loss shake. Then throughout the day I have one or two meals. I don’t really snack but if I do, then it’s raisins or taking a spoon and having some peanut butter. Maybe I’ll have some saltine crackers instead. I’m hoping that I lost some more weight because my double chin is going away and my rings are not fitting on my fingers. Plus my clothes are getting to look big on me. So I’m hoping! I’m doing this for my health and for the doctor to be happy. I don’t care if I ever get married again, because I only ever find abusive men.

Sometimes the weight you need to LOSE is the Amount of Weight of the Abuser. If he weighs 175lbs and you finally get Rid of him, you'll be Happy and the additional weight will Fall off After you've Lost the First 175lbs (which is the Abuser) and be Determined to Keep it off!!!
