Look it up. Sudafed does not work on congestion. Just wasting your money and getting no relief. I am an audiologist so I deal with sinus issues as it can affect your middle ear 😊 Try Zyrtec or Claritin

I'm in hospital with influenza A and B and bacterial infection. It's been horrendous. I've been on oxygen, IV fluids and antibiotics and antivirals. Honestly flu is terrible for those of us with asthma or other conditions. Please don't go to the office sick and spread germs. Stay home, drink water, eat fruit and get well.

Dan needs to drink a glass of water 8 oz) w 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 2 times a day. Also, he should eliminate all dairy. The vinegar will help him keep his intestines detox, including this bug (and will stop the drive to raid the fridge). (He can add a bit of honey if need be.) And ELDERBERRY JUICE while he's symptomatic. E tbsp every few hours.

I have to say, the flu that’s going around right now is brutal. It took me 2 weeks to get better. I have a low immune system due to medicine I take, so that definitely contributes to how long it took me to feel better again, but I was legitimately getting frustrated over how long it took 😂

I'm a women and pretty healthy and flu & strep hit me 5wks ago. Needless to say I felt really horrible for almost 3wks and first 5days I slept 2hrs tops. Dr gave me steroid antibiotic shot, 5day antibiotic,inhaler,& antihistamine mixed with anxiety sleeping meds combined. It was worse then when I fought off COVID for 14wks. THE STRUGGLE IS REAL WITH FLU THIS YEAR. Poor Dan!! Open windows air house & vehicles out and spray Lysol and wipe everything down so GRANDPA don't catch it. Good luck pray Dan feels better soon and nobody else gets sick.

Did he check for Covid yet? Maybe he needs to take some medications so it can go away faster. He needs to take a lot of vitamin C supplement, zinc, and vitamin D to help with his immune system. he also should wear mask around the house, especially around Ed because he’s old and his immune system is weak . With that being said, old people tend to get severely sick and they can die from pneumonia if they wait long enough without immediate and proper treatment and if it gets to their lungs.

My hubby goes about 3 days with any kind of sickness and then he gets out of bed and says he “can’t take it anymore.” He drives over to the corner drug store and buys a couple different medications, takes them and goes back to bed and doesn’t want to talk to anyone. He rarely loses his appetite when he is sick though. I love him - he is so predictable. Love Dan too. Kudos for going into work. ❤️🇨🇦🙏

Dan doesn't look like he feels good. My nephew had Flu A, didn't realize how sick he was, kept thinking he'd get over it. He died in January after finally going to ER,. He was 43 and otherwise healthy. Flu is no joke.

Did he test for COVID??? My husband had Covid and ended up with a horrible Sinus infection. He needed an antibiotic. He took Sudafed, Mucinex, nasal spray. The only thing that worked was amoxicillin. He was sick for 2 weeks but the antibiotic made him much better within 2 days.
