This sounds like a murder and the body was dumped. Maybe the suspect thought the train would destroy the body beyond recognition and thus destroy the evidence so they won’t be connected to the scene. Or it could’ve been a suicide. I watch a lot of True Crime so I’m just speculating here.

One time this guy has high pull on a pair a scissors on me. I was literally minding my own business. I went out of my way to which carts and not make eye contact. He still follow me. Till I pull my own knife told him to fuck off. He later smash the window with his feet. And I'm 6'5 300 pounds.They did have a 3rd party k9 unit at some point. I think only on the weekends.
