As long as he has not molested or not done any other physical manure of sexual nature the only expression of natural feelings cannot be termed as criminal criminal act. If at all, this is considered as criminal act in the law, then that lawmaker and the judge should be sent to jail.. if that guy has repeatedly done the same mistake even after multiple rejection and warning by the girl, then only it can be termed as criminal act. That too again it's a natural feeling, and that is not the negative feeling like anger and violence. This is utter nonsense of the legal system of this country that expression of beautiful feelings like love, also, is termed as crime in this country.

Just wondering what this topic was about but those laws of modesty and stalking and sexual harassment are gender neutral or they can only be used by women like who know if some women is stalking some men or other women or she come near some so she can use it law to punish men with law as sometime these law make it confusing are we equal as gender or not as many time it seems these law these responsible are only to cause trouble for men

हां इस बात को बिलकुल स्वीकार किया जा सकता है ब्राह्मणों द्वारा बनाए गए नियम काफी कठिन थे पर निरंतर अभ्यास से सब सरल हो जाते । महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए नियम बनाए क्या गलत थे बाद के ब्राह्मणों ने नियमों को तोड मरोड़ कर अपने फायदे के लिए गलत प्रयोग किया तो उसने शुरुआती ब्राह्मणों की कोई गलती नहीं । महिलाए परदे में थी, शालीनता वस्त्र पहनती थी , फालतू न बोलना, तो सम्मान भी एक परिवार का नहीं पूरे आस पड़ोस के गांव का भी मिलता था की बहू हो तो ऐसी सर्व गुण संपन्न। वही बहु मरते दम तक पूरे परिवार को जोड़ कर रखती थी। सम्मान लेना आना चाहिए दुनिया सम्मान करती है। और रही बात पढ़ने लिखने की तो उसका सबसे बड़ा उद्धरण हमारा परिवार है । हमारे नानाजी ने गरीबी में रहकर अपनी बेटियों को उस समय और हालत के हिसाब से जितनी औकात थी पढ़ाया। उस समय की आयुर्वेद मेडिकल कॉलेज से स्नातक हुई, कुछ वर्ष हॉस्पिटल में कार्य भी किया। कुछ परिस्थियों के चक्कर में भोपाल प्रेस ने काम किया , 7-8 वर्ष पत्रकारिता की जब भोपाल गैस कांड हुआ। तब पत्रकार थी हमारी माताजी। कौन कहता है बेटियों को उस समय पढ़ने नहीं दिया जाता था जिसकी मानसिकता ही घटिया हो वो तब भी जानवर थे और आज भी आधुनिकरण के बाद भी जानवर ही है कुछ न बदला न बदलेगा ऐसे घटिया मानसिकता वाले लोगों का
