I use concrete, you put your hand in when it's wet, then after it dries you start your workout. My little sister still uses rice, though.

It's 10 months I train for armwrestling; Yesterday I got a table and the first thing I did was try a round with my brother. He's a 55 years old carpenter but he don't train anything. Well I could not move him from the center.... and I'm 20 years younger, 10 kg heavier ex-powerlifter. Man..... the advantage you get having strong hands is incredible.

I did this with water to cure my wrist tendonitis. It really fills your hand with blood. I never thought of moving up to rice to actual grow the hand. Great video!

This is such a great exercise! I use a similar exercise for my climbing routine. It’s a very healthy exercise to work the tiny muscles down your forearms to your finger tips.

I don't arm wrestle but have carpal tunnel, using rubber bands without much effect, just staving off disability by keeping the nerve tunnel open by slightly working out the negatives. This video gives me hope I can truly start to reform my hand. Off to buy some rice.

I just filled up a bucket of rice and tried this out and its incredible. Did 3 sets of 10 squeezes/extensions and my forearms are burning. Its also a million times better than a little foam stress ball.

I’ve never worried about a lid unless you got a lot of mice around. Usually lasts a couple years if not to humid.

that is a good exercise for the joints and tendons of the hands and forearms, I use that but with sand, the sand is finer but heavier, especially if you moisten it a little bit👌
