I use concrete, you put your hand in when it's wet, then after it dries you start your workout. My little sister still uses rice, though.

I deliver drywall and steel all day for a living and this rice bucket work is crucial for relieving hand pain. 8-10 hours of awkward gripping followed by 5-10 mins of therapeutic rice bucket work - good deal. Cheers.

It's 10 months I train for armwrestling; Yesterday I got a table and the first thing I did was try a round with my brother. He's a 55 years old carpenter but he don't train anything. Well I could not move him from the center.... and I'm 20 years younger, 10 kg heavier ex-powerlifter. Man..... the advantage you get having strong hands is incredible.

@bajeebus-j2p 4 ай бұрын
Your hand is smaller when you don’t workout, but genetics play the biggest role Lots of people have big hands, lots of people have small hands. Been that way since way back in human evolution But if you challenge your hands they’ll be stronger and larger-to your point this will make your hands larger-just not massive hands relative to your forearms (unless your genetics do that) There’s never been a time when all men worked out their hands a lot-there are a lot of different jobs even in very small villages This guy’s hands are this large relative to his forearm because that’s his genetics. The workouts grow his musculature more-but they don’t make his bones bigger It’s easy to see in our society. 2 dudes that grow up together, do the same kinds of things and same kind of work. Yet one is 6’5 with extra large and extra rough skin hands and the other is 5’6 with extra small hands

that is a good exercise for the joints and tendons of the hands and forearms, I use that but with sand, the sand is finer but heavier, especially if you moisten it a little bit👌

Damn Matt this is gold, our comunity owes you a lot for sharing your secrets, really appreciate it! Man please Beat Gasparini, he will be REALLY fired up but you are the man when it comes to intensity. You pulled in WAF but work that shit smartly and rip that spagghetio's arm out. I thought I was the only one lol my dad used to make me train this as a kid for martial arts. Try straight finger jabs in dryed beans also. Everyone that pulls with me ALWAYS asks what I do for a living lol 😂 very strong hand. Very good feeling at my weight 165-185. I believe you know a friend of mine. (Cj twine) he told me my hand is very strong!
