Besides the deflection, or rather extension, of Alex spine the stern platform looks good. Could be my welding skills might be lower then Alex's or my monitor resolution is 640x480, my glasses broke so i'm not sure. Did you loctite the crubscrews on the railing? I installed fall protection for years, including railings, and know those buggers get loose. Also with the salt water you might want to seal them with a blood of silicone or some sealant. Or let them corrode in place so they are stuck.
