Waoh...what a callous man, for almost 50yrs he has witheld the rights of his siblings enriching himself and his family and no one could voice out? It is not ordinary...anyway I congratulate the siblings for finally DEFEATING the strongmam of their fathers house but I doubt if he will be able to payup the debt during his lifetime. Thank you Judge Funmi... mummy you're a woman God has bestowed with wisdom I testify! May the good Lord continue to watch over you and your family ma.

@christianmusa5892 the man is old already! how much will he be entitled to each year that will be able to cover the debts of over 10 million Naira, don't forget he has already collected money on some properties till the next 3 to 5yrs. Maybe his children will continue on the repayment plan if their father could not finish the payment deduction during his life time.

Greed!!! This is what we are talking about when we look at the larger Nigerian society. Look at how a man has cheated others out of the family's property. How is this different from what the thieves in public offices are doing to the rest of the Nigerian populace?

This is a landmark judgement. I am looking forward to Igbo women challenging our brothers for denying us the right of inheritance in Igboland. Even though in the case of Ukeje vs Ukeje, the supreme court has ruled that the practice of denying Igbo women the right of Inheritance is repugnant to natural justice, equity and good conscience, we are still far off. I call on all Igbo women who have been denied a share in their father's estate to come forward PLEASE!!!

Am super sure he has non ready for his children like their father did for them, which he couldn't manage properly as the eldest child, he becomes lazy to work hard for himself but enjoying almost alone what belongs to others. That's why I don't believe or like inheritance, investing in your children individually why alive is the best, your properties should be will out of your family if possible and especially when you have so many children from different wives, in some cases you hear how half brothers and sisters pkaiii theirs elves because of properties.

what's the gain of Nyesom Wike over Sim Fubara since the unnecessary power tussle put up by Wike against the governor? For me, Wike lost and keeps losing. 1. The governor conducted local government election and the chairmen are in their offices working. 2. Budget wasn't represented to Wike's deposed House of Assembly members as projected by Wike. 3. Wike's 28 House of Assembly members remain deposed as they have not been accorded recognition for over one year now by the governor and nothing is happening about it. 4. Federal Government backtracked on federal allocation for Rivers State, meaning that Wike lost the bid to stop allocation to Rivers. 5. Impeachment effort at the governor remains crippled. The governor is on seat as one. 6. Wike's erstwhile local government chairmen were dissolved against his proposal for tenure extension. 7. The state is running on full scale. Governance is not affected by Wike's tantrum. Wike is at loss with reality. This reminds us that power is transient. It's worthless fighting against a person on a right cause. When the people are in tune with your activities or governance, you're good to go. Do always be on the side of justice and right pursuits. No man is more powerful than a community. Who ever thought Fubara could be on seat till now going by the manner Wike started the onslaught ?
