Just the fact that CPS reporters remain anonymous and cannot be found out even by order of a judge is crazy! Everyone has a right to confront their accuser. I understand why you can report anonymously but a judge should be able to find out who did the reporting if they find that someone just keeps making false reports. One of the things CPS can remove someone’s children from their home and care for is if they have been reported a certain number of times. Even if the reports have been unfounded they can take your children from you just because CPS has received 10 or more reports on you. So even if they are unfounded claims someone just has to call 10 separate times and make a report and they automatically have the right as caseworkers to take your children solely based on the number of reports they have received. So what if the same person falsely reports you 10 times? It happens. Someone gets mad at someone and calls 10 times and makes up fake allegations and then the kids get removed from their home.

When it comes to the courts and child support, the women seem to sometimes exaggerate the issues or even lie to either keep the father from seeing the child or to pay more child support and it really has nothing to do with the child. The child is being used as a pawn to make the other parent pay for their either broken heart or hurt feelings and it's a tragedy because the court doesn't know what is REALLY going on, they have to go by what the parents say.
