The judge was desperate to find in the cop's favor. The only reason he didn't was because he knew his ruling would be overturned on appeal. They are never doing you a favor when they are forced to follow the actual law.

@@VickReacts2 That even the cop admitted that he didn't know was suspended. The judge didn't do him any favors by having to follow the law. You don't get props for just doing your job. If the guy didn't come correct, he would have been found guilty of everything.

The lawyer that they give you works for them, they are not going to represent you with you in their best interest. They are there for the best interest of the state.
@VickReacts26 күн бұрын
Depend who you get, by law, they do indeed work for you and you don’t have to sign anything you don’t agree with… Some might just be looking for a check, but you have to take the initiative, if you feel they’re not working for you, request a new attorney. We do have rights as citizens; people just need to know how to use them..

@ they don’t work for you they work for the state. Their job is to make money for the state. This is business. They all know each other, some of them are friend and go out and have lunch with each other discussing your case, sometimes your case is already decided.

He had a decent judge and it was recorded. I had a similar experience that wasn't recorded and a bad judge. I caught the cop in a lie and when I brought it up to the judge he said, "There is no record of that." FYI: There's no court reporter in traffic court.

Good video. News flash: he messed up when he went out of character of his client to it eventually being himself in the end. The judge did not do him any favors and is still on the side of those corrupt attorneys he mentioned. Also if he couldn’t convict him for the first offense, then the other should have been thrown out. There were so many things he should have objected to. He should’ve asked if it was civil or criminal and what article court it was to properly address the case. Nonetheless, I salute anyone who goes in there with heart and a bit of knowledge. Everyone knows everything except law. Wake up, everyone!

The officer was doing his job. This is how communities that need protection lose good police officers which lead to an increase in crime in that neighborhood.
@MrGnarus6 күн бұрын
A good police officer knows the law and tells the truth. This guy is neither. Just doing your job is no excuse.
@UFAGear6 күн бұрын
@ here’s the reality. The officer told the truth. The defendant used loophole’s in the law to get away with driving reckless. It makes no sense for an officer chasing 5 suspects to stop and bother a law abiding citizen for nothing. This leads to unsafe neighborhoods for the people that live there because good police officers aren’t going to work in those communities. So good luck

@ yes he does. It’s called instinct. This is why some neighborhoods are so crime ridden and unsolved. I wonder the ones who complain the most about the police don’t police their own communities?
