Man Rescues Four-year-old Girl Dangling from Balcony
In the clip, which was filmed in Fujian Province on July 14, the girl hangs from the balcony with her head stuck between the bars of the security rail.
A neighbour comes to the girl's rescue by edging around the balcony on the floor below.
He manages to push her back through the bars to the safety of her home.
According to local reports, the girl had been left home alone while her grandmother went shopping.
