I must say that I have never seen nutcrackers like that in our area and I think they are great. I used to cross stitch and knit, I can't do them now but I still read which was always the first hobby to me. My favorite thing about Thanksgiving is.... I get to make Daddy's dressing before anyone gets here so I don't have to give my siblings the secret in making it hehehe. Daddy made it every year, He even had a large cafeteria chain wanting to pay him for the recipe and He refused the big bucks. This is our first year without Him making it but Thank God. All these years of me chopping up the veggies, being His sous chef and taster paid off because over the years when I didn't live near them I recreated His masterpiece and had people rave. Doing someones grunt work and making them feel like they deserve the status pays off so big in the end, bigger than you can imagine! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am so jealous of yalls relationship, it is grand!

Speaking of material...wool, linen, hemp (earth tones only) Old blankets and tablecloths are sometimes perfect. Stains aren't as important as material integrity. I check out hand tools for working wood and bone, hand sewing stuff. Actual pieces of bone, or large hole glass/stone/horn/bone/bronze/brass. So not looking for the vintage crystal and "valuables" Camping and outdoor stuff is interesting. Never know what you're going to find...except xmas decorations...Love your videos and I check out your poshmark!
