Man Returns Home After Lengthy COVID-19 Battle | Duke Health

A Harnett County man is finally home after more than seven months, making his hospitalizations for COVID-19 one of the longest in the country. Billy Ballard has gone from hospital to hospital, battling for his life, since February.
He was discharged from Duke Regional Hospital - his 46th wedding anniversary with his wife.
