Abolsutely no Tech support from Roky. My KZbin app has scrambled video. It is only scrambled on my Roku device. Every other device I own KZbin is fine.

Roku filed a patent to show us adds whenever we pause regardless of what we are streaming. Its coming. Prepare to buy new hardware if you don't want even more adds coming soon..
