Man Sentenced to 40 Years for Hitting 11-Year-Old with Car, Then Raping Her

A Memphis man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for hitting an 11-year-old girl while she was walking to school with his vehicle, then raping her.

People who commit these types of crime against children are not redeemable. I don’t blame the family for being upset. The penalty did not fit the crime. This little girl has a life sentence while this monster has another chance at life. Sickening to say the least.

Not to go against what you said and you probably don't know this but there's a hierarchy within the prison system. The two lowest levels in that hierarchy are women abusers and child molesters. Guess which of the two is at the very bottom, it's child molesters who are labeled as Chomo. Due to his crime, he has a great possibility of getting beat up and raped, if it's not everyday it's at least every week. Also his chances of getting killed in prison for being a Chomo are even higher.he might no live to see the end of his prison sentence.
