As an ex-drummer I can attest to a situation when I had something similar. At a pre-parents' evening concert and two of us on drums, I was on kettle and he was on the snare. He sneezed, dropped one drumstick on the skin and then in the process of tying to grab that drumstick back, managed to tap the cymbal with the other. It was so perfect, you'd have thought it was planned!
