For me L&D is another great pop rock ballad with beautiful SuMetal vocals piercing into our hearts. Love the J-pop sound from 2000 and the nostalgic vibes mixed with the edm sound. Here's some info about this song: _One of the discovered 10 parallel worlds is "LIGHT AND DARKNESS" and this 4th pre-release digital single “Light and Darkness” centers around this theme. Because light exists, darkness also exists._ _And because darkness is present, there is also a world that shines._ _During the night when light and darkness intersect, what we seek after poisoned with darkness awaits a world filled with strong love. As the door opens, is it hope or despair that awaits us? The song expresses the duality in everything and the way things are perceived and interpreted differ depending on each person’s point of view._ This was a world premiere at BabyMetal Returns The Other One - Makuhari Messe 2023 setlist, along with "THE LEGEND". I'd also add No Rain, No Rainbow. Although its different, I tend to get lost in From Dusk Till Dawn as well. Su's insanely high vocals is almost hypnotizing to me.

Great reaction ... and yes the intros generally are used in the live shows and not in the studio recordings. The official video is this same performance but with the studio audio (and live is better with live vocals and the Kami Band's instrumentals plus with this song there are a couple of subtle timing changes that make the live better too). I think you have something like 20 or 30 more BABYMETAL songs to discover yet (they have something like 70 songs so far). Have you seen/heard 'Time Wave' yet? If not the live at PIA Arena is very good.

I love Light and Darkness. I think it mostly doesn't get requested because the superior version is from PIA Arena 2023, which has copyright issues. FTFG used zooming to get it up, and I found a way to get it up unedited, but in the end reactors almost always have copyright issues. This version doesn't, but it's also the less than ideal version. So the song just gets shifted down on the list of ones to request.
