Back in my day, our skateboards didn't spontaneously combust unless we pulled off the sickest grind ever.

The advice we got from an insurance agent is that anytime something with a lithium ion battery is not in use, the battery needs to be removed and stored in a container designed to protect surroundings if the battery explodes. Cars with lithium ion batteries are suggested to be parked in the street in an area where nothing would be damaged if it burned.

Guy wants a replacement board after all that? Wtf
@christinajones7696Күн бұрын
No way I would want another one. This has been happening with Electric Cars too. Catching fire in driveways and garages. Many Fire Departments are not equipped to put the fires out.

Same tech in EV cars....Tesla products have the same problem....reaffirms my convictions that this is not the way forward for sustainable motability.
