They don't need sacking we need to hire more. They're literally telling players to go home and seek treatment elsewhere because our staff and facilities are too poor to treat them. That's what it boils down to. You've got tiny teams like Luton, who are literally about to move out of old facilities into new ones, and their old ones are ten times what we have, and were made a decade ago.... Ours haven't been updated for 20 years. That's a little poor team like Luton, and even their facilities puts one of the richest teams in the world to shame. It's no wonder our players are dropping like flies, when EtH is used to training players in some of the best facilities in the world, at Ajax. This is why players always get worse when they come to us. Nobody improves no matter how good the coaches are. It's nothing to do with the coaches or the medical and fitness staff being bad, it's because the Galzers have refused to update our facilities for 20 years and see fitness and health as a good way to cut costs, to put more money in their pockets..... Now thankfully everyone in football can see what their neglect has done.

Pretty much. Uniteds facilities aren't even as good as most 1st division teams. They're decades behind what Ajax has, though which are some of the best in the world. That's obviously what it comes down to. EtH I'm sure would like nothing more than to be able to train these players at a high enough level to be able to play the intense football he played at Ajax.... We all would, no doubt. Ther fact is he can't do that because training and recovery at our broken old facilities is so garbage we can't even train and recover to perform a half-press in matches and our medical department is so underfunded that players are literally told to stay home or find their own treatment rather than come in and get treatment from world-class professionals. This is all just a fantastic reminder of the utterly dismal state the Glazers have let the team and the facilities fall into, from decades of wanting to skim as much money off the top and put it in their pocket as they possibly could.

Managing the fitness of the squad is part of his job. 60+ separate injuries is ridiculous. Especially considering half of them are long term injuries. But it's not just the injuries, the fitness levels of the ones that play is so low. And then he tries to play quick, direct football for 90 mins that requires huge amounts of energy. He needs to go if he can't manage.

It's the facilities mate. Our facilities haven't been updated in 20+ years. They're behind the times for a second division side. Our health/fitness/medical is a very public joke and this season just shows how bad they really are compared to a world class side like Ajax, because EtH wasn't breaking players there, was he? That's why every player we buy gets worse. Stone age facilities that are a laughing stock for a professional sports team in this day and age.

This is part of the reason I believe ETH deserves more time. He’s never had a settled first team he can put out a few games in a row. We all know how bad the facilities are because the Glazers refuse to update them, now it's finally biting them in the ass because EtH wants to train his players at a level he's used to at Ajax, who have what is widely accepted to be some of the best facilities in the world. This is the discrepency. This is why players are injured. This is why United simply cannot compete. World class coaches need world class facilities to accomodate their coaching and that can't happen because the Glazers want every spare cent in their bank account.
