I slightly disagree. I was impressed with Arsenal's organization, and how they worked to cut off Haaland. But was disappointed as I was expecting Arteta to perhaps later in the 2nd half to pull the trigger. I get that it was a tactical choice but was it the one? People have such short term memories that they don’t even remember that Ten Hag took over a United side that had their worst ever points total (58). And the same core group of players who lead that team to 58 points (Maguire, Lindelof, McTominay, Rashford, Bruno, Shaw, Martial, Dalot) are still at the club and consistently starting. At what point are people going to realize the madness of continuing to back players that have literally played under 3-5 different managers at United? The club are not only fixated on not losing money getting rid of these players but they sign them to ridiculous contracts that makes it impossible for managers to get rid of these players. It’s the definition of insanity with this group.
