Derek, I watched one episode last night and the other ten today. With all the fast guys out there trying to make, you seem to be very humble and I like the work ethic that you have shown in your videos. If you keep up the good work, I'll keep watching the videos. I've learned from the last 6years of riding hard an racing. Is I only did great when I was just having fun an relaxed, racing is 100% mental. people say its 50/50.. 60/40 ... 70/30. its 100% mental cause you train an build your body to run the 30mins +2 its how you feel an think. That is what gets you across that finish line every time.
