Great tips in this video! Wow this video is so generous and easy to understand. I took my notes! Always good to find out how other creatives out there proceed with project management. Also the captions on this video are totally off script! I just noticed that, but nonetheless an amazing video. Thank you Motion Hatch and thank you Jenny Famularcano!

love the advice @ 8:11 of keeping all the feedback/notes into one place on the computer instead of solely relying on different tools (Frame.io, Miro Board, etc.) to help you stay organized. the extra protection & efficiency could help, great tip. Something I'll have to implement in the future. I do Tip #5 for my 3D workflow. After every asset I build or small/drastic change I make I'll save png screenshots from the Redshift IPR to keep track of my progress to see if I'm making my render better or worse. That way when I make mistakes I can check my screenshots and see which previous project file I should return to. Keeping track of progress helps me a lot, Although I think I can do a better job organizing it all by including dates and information about each update.

That sounds like a good idea for keeping track of progress. Thanks for the in depth reply. :)
