Ive done the 1-on-1 feedback with many employees. and I've discovered something interesting: Some just need a refresher and rewind and they'll actually get the job done because they want to continue working at your company. Everyone else who makes all kinds of excuses for why they are not accountable for even the most obvious things pretty much need to be given an ultimatum (in some way), "We've set our expectations clearly, everyone else is doing their part and all you had to do was wipe three counters before you left. **His/her rebuttal "my Girlfriend is here to pick me up for soccer practice, I need to be there on time** (they didn't even notify you of this until now) I just saw you sitting on the bench playing games on your phone for 5 minutes waiting for the pickup! Clearly your mind isn't here. Talk to your family and friends if you want to stay here, think about it over night, and talk to me in the morning about your decision, because you're not upholding your end to justify employment." And if you try to accommodate his/her outside work schedule, good luck because now they're the ones BOSSING YOU. Go ahead, let them run the company.

can you do a video on kitchen management, how to set up a kitchen with no experience so that it flows efficiently

Hi Destiny! Love this question and will cover it in the next month. We’ve re-arranged our kitchen dozens of times in the last 8 years and continue to do so. It’s an ongoing process as the business continues to grow. Stay tuned and I’ll share some tips soon 🙏
